Delivered in partnership with Ninti Training Ltd (RTO 70018), an Indigenous-owned Registered Training Organisation, these programs provide formal recognition while remaining practical and relevant.

ACMSS00031: Promote Animal Health in Remote Communities
Recommended for:
- Animal Management Workers
- Environmental Health Workers

- Local Government staff involved in animal management program delivery
This training enables participants to:
- Conduct animal population censuses
- Administer anti-parasitic treatments
- Support veterinary activities
- Educate community members on animal–human health links
Units include:
- ASCMBEH301 – Identify behaviours and interact safely with animals
- ACMINF304- Promote environmental health and safety for companion animals in remote communities
- ACMARM301- Support veterinary activities in remote communities
- HLTPOP032 – Monitor and maintain dog health in the community
Delivery:
- Combination of classroom learning and practical, on-ground experience.
ACMSS00034: Animal Management Coordination in Remote Communities
Recommended for:
- Program managers and coordinators
- Local Government staff
- Public Health Unit teams
This training enables participants to:
- Plan and monitor animal management activities
- Develop and implement community-based programs
- Strengthen program sustainability
Units include:
- HLTPOP032 – Monitor and maintain dog health in the community
- ACMARM409 – Plan and monitor remote community animal management activities
- ACMARM410 – Develop and implement animal management initiatives
