Ehrlichiosis Communications Package

for Local Government Areas

Ehrlichiosis – the new tick borne disease of dogs – has been having a severe impact on thousands dogs in remote communities across Australia.

Given the severity of this disease and the ongoing effects it will have in communities, continuing educating and raising awareness of this disease is crucial.

AMRRIC is pleased to share with you a communications package for Ehrlichiosis, which can be used in communities to inform pet owners and residents of the signs, symptoms, transmission, and prevention of Ehrlichiosis. The package includes template newsletter articles, Facebook posts, and posters which can either be used directly, or serve as an editable template.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us on 08 8948 1768 or at education@amrric.org. We would love to hear any feedback on the use of this package.
